From March 26 to 28 , the 4th China International Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industry Exhibition 2025 was grandly held at the China National Convention Center (Phase I and Phase II) in Beijing. Recently, Zhejiang Tank Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. successfully passed the factory approval of Bureau Veritas (BV) , adding another wing to the company's expansion of the ship-supporting pressure vessel market.

As an important member of the International Association of Classification Societies, BV has a very high reputation and authority in the field of global inspection and certification.

It took more than four months from the application in October 2024 to the certificate in February 2025. All departments of the company went all out to comprehensively sort out and optimize all aspects of the company's work in accordance with the strict standards of BV.

During the audit process, BV's experts conducted an in-depth review of the company's management system, production process, product quality, personnel qualifications and other key dimensions.

The successful passing of BV factory certification is of great significance to the company. On January 18, 2025, the new LOGO launching ceremony of Zhejiang Tank Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. was held at Meilun International Hotel. The company's application for registration of a letter trademark and a graphic trademark was concluded in October and November 2024 respectively ,marking the official registration of the company's two trademarks. The new LOGO is a combination of the two registered trademarks.

As the red curtain covering the stone at the company's gate was slowly unveiled, the new TAIKPV logo was officially unveiled to everyone.

Jiang Zhenbin, the company's management representative, explained the meaning of the new TAIKPV logo. The green background represents TAIKPV's commitment to green, low-carbon and environmental protection; the main pattern of the diamond image represents the diamond-like quality of TAIKPV products; the interior of the diamond is formed by the combination of the first letters "T" and "K" of the pinyin of the word "TAIKPV"; the letters "TAIKPV" and the four Chinese characters "TAIKPV Container" are arranged vertically, and the letters are the English abbreviation of "TAIKPV Container".

On December 25, 2024, Zhejiang Tank Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. received the NR13 test report issued by CREA (Brazilian Engineers Council) approved by the Brazilian Ministry of Labor , marking the company's first batch completion of Brazilian NR13 product testing and certification.

NR13 is Brazil 's technical regulation on equipment safety and has legal regulatory effect. All pressure vessels entering Brazil must pass NR13 certification .

From December 19 to 20, 2024, a joint inspection team appointed by the American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME) conducted an ASME U&UM renewal review on our company.

By reviewing system documents and verifying the implementation of control, and conducting strict inspections from design, procurement, materials, processes, welding, inspection, non-destructive testing, and measurement, the joint inspection team highly praised the design and manufacturing of TAIKPV's ASME standard stamped products, which was unanimously recognized by the experts of the joint inspection team.

After two days of intensive review, the joint inspection team unanimously agreed that Zhejiang Tank Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. has the ability to design and manufacture ASME U&UM pressure vessels. The head of the joint inspection team announced at the final summary meeting: TAIKPV's quality control system meets the requirements of ASME specifications and is effectively implemented, and it is recommended to continue to issue certificates.

The successful passing of the ASME recertification review is a full recognition of our company's design, manufacturing and quality assurance system control. ISO14001 and ISO45001 certification certificates issued by Lawson Quality Certification (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (LRQA ). Together with the ISO9001 certificate obtained earlier , the company's quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems have all passed the certification.

    On September 15th, 2024, the engineering and purchasing managers from UPL Limited (India) visited TAIKPV. UPL Limited headquartered in Mumbai, India. It have more than 10,000 employs worldwide and is a group company specializing in pesticides and chemicals. General Manager Yu received the guests.

Headline News: July 16th, 2024 ,a team of quality and purchasing managers from Hyundai came to TAIKPV to conduct full-scale inspection, MT inspection and pressure test witness for the four ASME gas tanks on trial order. On December 7th, 2023, two representatives engineers of PENTAIR audit TAIKPV a full-day . In the evening, the auditor announced that Zhejiang Tank Pressure Vessel Co. , Ltd. had obtained the PENTAIR supplier qualification, and TINKPV would be added to the PENTAIR group supplier list through the follow-up approval process.

The BINTEL Group operates in municipal, industrial, agricultural, commercial and household sectors with 120 branches and 11,000 employees in 21 countries on six continents, the group had sales of $4.1 billion in 2022. The person who came to TAIKPV for the audit was a representative of the Danish gas engineering division of the BINTEL Group. Auditors Vivian Mark and Anir Reches are pressure vessel, tower specialist and purchasing director .

This audit is very comprehensive and rigorous, not only to the company's design capacity, manufacturing capacity, quality assurance system review, the company's safety and occupational health, environment-friendly, lean production, 5s management and other aspects of a careful audit. There are more than 150 audit rules, each of which is rated and scored. Site audit is also very detailed, including material marking, welding, process flow, material zoning, inspection zoning and so on.
