Addressing the highly corrosive conditions of the pickling process in this mine, TAIKPV constructed the main body of the equipment from SA516 Gr.70 carbon steel, with an internal lining of 6mm brominated butyl rubber (3mm x 2 layers composite structure). This provides long-lasting corrosion protection while fully complying with ASME and AS1210 inspection and certification requirements for non-metallic lining materials. The external insulation system was also customized to the customer's process and environmental conditions, ensuring optimal performance within the certification framework.
